Nuremberg, May 7, 2019 — Littelfuse公司, a global manufacturer of leading technologies in circuit protection, power control and sensing, will present a new 1000V ultra junction product at PCIM Europe 2019, in Nuremberg from May 7 to 9. The Littelfuse stand is located in hall 9, booth 303. Visitors will also be able to see and demo the Littelfuse broad product portfolio.

The new product line is particularly well-suited for high-efficiency, high-power density applications. These include resonant-mode power supplies, battery chargers, and welding inverters. Each MOSFET can replace several parallel-connected higher on-resistance devices for simpler design, higher reliability and lower cost.

In addition to the 1000V Ultra Junction MOSFETs, Littelfuse is introducing several new products. These include 150V Ultra Junction MOSFETs, surge protection modules, high power modules, and bladed high-speed fuses. Additionally, current solutions in the areas of high power modules, SiC, bipolar devices, EV charging and charging infrastructure, as well as high-speed fuses can be experienced.
